Wolf Lake is located in the Haliburton Highlands and is linked via a small portage to Victoria Lake. The two lakes are similar in shape with Victoria being the longer of the two.
Wolf / Victoria Lake benefits from a rocky and well covered shoreline which makes it a fantastic breeding ground for large and small mouth bass. As well as there being plentiful opportunities to catch bass, Splake fishing and trout fishing is also possible here.
The cabins are well positioned; unobstructed views of the lake can be enjoyed from the extensive deck area whilst the sleeping areas - which can accommodate up to four people in Victoria and 6-8 people in Wolf comfortably - are well separated from the living area and the kitchen. The cabins are well insulated and the wood stove provides generous heating during the colder months.
This location is highly recommended as it provides great fishing and comes fully equipped with appliances and good quality boats and motors. It's also the perfect spot for a canoeing vacation!
